Community Health
The Lewin Group has extensive experience working with various federal, state and local public health programs to assess and evaluate state and local public health infrastructure, assess community health status and service capacity, and support policy and program development. Many of our engagements have focused on maternal and child health, school health, and children with special health needs. We work with states to design and develop various financing and program strategies; we work with local communities and service providers to develop local community responses to public health concerns; and we have conducted research and evaluation on the full range of community health issues. We have also played a leading role in developing performance indicators for women's and children's health in both the public and private sectors.
