Tim joined The Lewin Group in 1994. He applies economic theory, statistical and econometric analysis, cost/benefit analysis, program evaluation, and computer modeling skills to health economics and health workforce issues. Tim received a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
