Mary Farrell

Mary joined The Lewin Group in 1999. She specializes in conducting research and evaluation studies on social policy issues affecting low-income families and other vulnerable populations. Her areas of research include welfare reform, employment and training services, food stamps, and unemployment insurance. Mary previously worked at the Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation and the U.S. Department of Education’s Planning and Evaluation Service. Mary received a Master of Public Policy and Management from Yale University.
