Mike Fishman
Senior Vice President and Practice Director for the Federal Human Services Market
Mike joined The Lewin Group in 1998. He consults on a broad range of human services program and policy areas including welfare reform, workforce development, and child support enforcement. His work includes qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, technical assistance, and strategic planning. Mike previously served as Director of Income Security Policy for ASPE at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Mike received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University.
