Frances Gragg
Managing Director
Frances E. Gragg, joined The Lewin Group in 2008. She has more than 25 years of experience in data analysis, research design, survey management, and research and evaluation methods. She has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods. Ms. Gragg has conducted research in child abuse and neglect, commercially sexually exploited children, human trafficking, juvenile/criminal justice, and special education. She has both a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
