Paul Hogan, PhD

A member of The Lewin Group for 30 years, Paul Hogan applies microeconomics, econometrics, cost/benefit analyses, statistics and research methods to problems of health economics, labor supply, compensation, training, performance and cost measurement.
Hogan’s areas of research in health economics include workforce studies and measures of Medicare and Medicaid payment accuracy.
His doctoral studies include economics, econometrics and finance at the University of Rochester. He completed his undergraduate work in economics at the University of Virginia.
