Customizable learning system
Our process is designed to reflect every level of technical and cultural complexity within a health delivery system. Lewin's four-phase learning process organizes action steps to streamline delivery of information and learning across a client's broader organization.
Rapid-cycle change, real-time improvements
Rather than design multi-year learning studies, Lewin adopts an iterative, agile approach. Lewin uses technical assistance teams to deploy real-time adjustments as challenges arise. We then work steadily with clients to translate new learnings into daily practice.
Expert insights for improving care quality
Lewin learning networks support much of the leading-edge research and experimentation of the CMS Innovation Center. In studying these new payment and care delivery models, Lewin is identifying innovative models for sharing knowledge quickly and at scale.

Primary care transformation initiative
Lewin has been selected to establish and manage 14 Regional Learning Networks (RLNs) to support nearly 3,000 practices in the comprehensive primary care (CPC+) model. These include more than 13,000 primary care clinicians who serve 1.75 million Medicare beneficiaries.
Lewin will coordinate with its partners and additional CMS contractors to help physician practices, payers and other key stakeholders transform primary care delivery and payment to deliver better care, improve the health of people and encourage smarter health care spending.
