The Lewin Group names Michael Nestor as chief executive officer

 

The Lewin Group (Lewin), a leading provider of health policy research, analytics and consulting services to government and commercial health care organizations, recently named Michael Nestor as its new chief executive officer.

A successful executive with more than 20 years’ experience, Nestor has developed corporate business strategies, and led complex enterprise business and technology initiatives to deliver innovative new products and technology solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth and reduce operational expenses.

Prior to joining Lewin in 2016, Nestor served in multiple executive roles as part of the Optum rescue team for the initial roll out of Healthcare.gov. Previous roles include vice president of Payer Consulting/Practice Leadership at Optum. He has also been a solution architect at several UnitedHealth Group companies and at New York Life International, Hong Kong.

Nestor received his bachelor’s degree in management information systems from New York University. He is a recipient of the NYU Founders Day Award for academic achievement.
