Randy Haught
Senior Director
Randy Haught is a Senior Director at the Lewin Group. He has 20 years of experience in data analysis and microsimulation modeling of health care financing and policy related issues. Mr. Haught has extensive experience in modeling the impact of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and other health care reform proposals on major stakeholder groups including governments, business, providers, and households. Mr. Haught also has experience in Medicare and Medicaid hospital payment policy and financial analysis. He has performed several assessments of the adequacy of Medicaid hospital payments including Minnesota, Kentucky, Oregon, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Mr. Haught received a BS with honors in mathematics from Waynesburg College in 1980.
