Judie joined The Lewin Group in 2008. She will play a key role in expanding existing markets and opening new markets for the Group’s evaluation, analytics, and technical assistance expertise. Over the course of three decades Judie has been a key innovator, implementer, and manager for work involving systems design and the implementation of surveillance and analytic systems supporting public sector clients including the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Department of Veterans Affairs; also for private-sector clients in the Health Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Health Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
