Yvonne Powell has more than twenty years of experience in the public sector delivery and financing of healthcare services providing policy, programmatic and technical assistance to state Medicaid programs. A significant portion of her experience is in evaluating, designing and implementing new healthcare delivery structures and reimbursement methodologies. Ms. Powell offers broad-based practical insight across the continuum of health care services, including managed care program design, implementation and evaluation, acute care and long-term care reimbursement and financial modeling and the design and financing of long-term care and community support services for populations with special needs. Yvonne received a Master of Public Policy from University of Michigan.
