Bob Page joined the Lewin Group in 2010.  He is a Navy veteran, with 25 years of public sector operations, management and federal consulting experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD). At Lewin, Bob is responsible for VA and DoD client engagement and business development. Since joining Lewin, he has led various quantitative studies and analyses, program evaluations, policy and strategic planning, and technical assistance initiatives focused on healthcare and benefits delivery for Veterans and their families. Prior to joining Lewin, Bob served 13 years with VA in various leadership roles, to include management positions at the Veterans Health Administration and the Veterans Benefits Administration. At VA, he led numerous program evaluations, quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. For the DoD, Bob managed Veteran disability benefits programs for the Department of the Army (VA's Combat-Related Special Compensation and the Traumatic Service Members' Group Life Insurance). These experiences provide him with relevant, firsthand perspective specific to access and delivery of health care and disability benefits and services to the Veteran and military community. Bob received a Master of Science in Management & Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland.
