Robert Page

Bob Page joined the Lewin Group in 2010.  He is a Navy veteran, with 25 years of public sector operations and management experience and federal consulting experience. He previously served over 13 years with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), working at the Veterans Health Administration and the Veterans Benefits Administration, where he gained deep knowledge and understanding of the issues involved with the access and delivery health care and benefits to disabled veterans and wounded warriors.  In addition, he led numerous performance management initiatives, policy studies, benefits program reviews, and benefits process improvement efforts. Prior to joining the Lewin Group, Bob held various project and program management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading the operations of two veteran disability benefits programs; the Army’s Combat-Related Special Compensation and the Traumatic Service Members' Group Life Insurance programs.  Bob received a Master of Science in Management & Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland.
