GSA MAS Consolidated Schedule; SIN 541611; Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support (GS00F053GA)

This schedule offers a full range of strategic and organizational planning, business process, organizational and business improvement efforts. improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, assessment and improvement of financial management systems, financial reporting and analysis, due diligence in validating an agency’s portfolio of assets and related support services, strategic financial planning, financial policy formulation and development, special cost studies, actuarial services, economic and regulatory analysis, benchmarking and program metrics, and business program and project management. It is designed to allow federal agencies to begin or continue management, organizational and business improvement efforts.

HHS/-Program Support Center (PSC) IDIQ (HHSP233201500088I)

PSC offers over 40 services to HHS and other federal agencies and operates on a competitive fee-for-service basis in five key markets: administrative operations, real estate and logistics, financial management, occupational health and procurement management. PSC is the largest multi-function shared service provider to the federal government.

HHS/-Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Evaluation Studies IDIQ (75R60219D00013)

This vehicle is a contracting mechanism for high-priority, short-term evaluation studies, evaluation and information syntheses, policy and environmental assessments, and performance measurement tools and systems in support of various programs and divisions within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). 

CMS Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design, and Analysis 2 (IDIQ) (RMADA 2) (75FCMC19D0096)

RMADA 2 provides analytic support and technical assistance for models and demonstration programs that are derived under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Support includes the design, implementation, and evaluation of research and/or payment and service delivery models to test their potential for reducing expenditures for Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and uninsured beneficiaries while maintaining or improving the quality of care. 

CMS Measure and Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) IDIQ (75FCMC18D0030)

The MIDS contract is used to develop outcome, process, structural, cost and composite quality measures that are reflective of quality care across a wide range of health care settings. Its purpose is also to support collecting data that could be used to trend quality related to patient care for those patients who receive services across settings, as well as other uses related to cross-setting analysis.

HHS/Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) IDIQ Domain III: Policy Analysis and Program Related Projects (75S20322D00029)

This vehicle supports SAMHSA’s need for program and analytical support services, short term analyses, technical assistance, and support for its information and related programs across six separate domains. Lewin is a contractor under Domain III: Policy Analysis and Program Related Projects and Domain V: Technical Assistance and Training Projects.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Safe Healthcare, Epidemiology, and Prevention Research Development (SHEPheRD) Program IDIQ (75D30121D12765)

This vehicle provides the CDC with scientific, technical, and management expertise, and related services as they relate to healthcare epidemiology research.

Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Biologics Effectiveness and Safety (BEST) Initiative #3: Data Sources for Surveillance of Biologics (BEST 3) IDIQ (75F40120D00026)

This vehicle provides the FDA with indirect access to large-scale de-identified United States health care data of tens of millions of patients particularly adjudicated administrative claims data but also electronic health records (EHR) data sources (if available) using a distributed data network which may use a common data model (CDM).
