Brighita Negrusa, Ph.D., is a Vice President and the Capability Lead overseeing the Evaluation, Economics, and Predictive Modeling capabilities. Dr. Negrusa is a health economist with over fifteen years of experience in health care policy analysis. Dr. Negrusa’s work has included leading multidisciplinary teams in mixed methods evaluations of innovative value-based payment models, statistical analyses of practitioner bonuses, survey-based quality of care outcomes, health care utilization and evaluations of program performance. She has led multiple studies on behalf of federal agencies including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE), and Department of Defense (DoD). Dr. Negrusa currently leads and serves as the Project Director for the evaluation of two models for CMS, the Kidney Care Choices (KCC) and the ESRD Treatment Choices (ETC).
Her publications include peer-reviewed articles that appeared in JAMA Internal Medicine, Medical Care, Kidney360, Journal of Population Economics and Demography.
