Marisa Russo, PhD
Marisa Russo, PhD, joined The Lewin Group in 1998 and specializes in organizational and systems analysis, program monitoring and performance management. She has over 25 years of experience helping organizations measure and manage performance, with an emphasis on ensuring quality in early childhood education.
Russo's work includes designing and implementing research and evaluation studies to support continuous program improvement. For over 15 years Russo has led OSC's work supporting the Office of Head Start in designing and implementing its system for monitoring the quality of grant recipient operations and services. Work includes strategic planning, developing and operationalizing measurement tools, designing and conducting training, and analyzing and reporting on data trends to support quality improvement at individual grantee and national program levels.
Russo is a graduate of Boston Collect and received her master's and doctorate of philosophy in industrial and organizational psychology from George Mason University.
