Rachel Henke, PhD, is a Vice President in the evaluation, economics and predictive modeling capability. As a health services researcher, she has subject matter expertise in hospital utilization, value-based care models, behavioral health, rural health, commercial payers and market dynamics. Dr. Henke has extensive evaluation expertise including mixed-method study design, primary data collection and quantitative and qualitative analysis. She has led multiple evaluation studies for federal agencies, spanning multiple years, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, and Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation. Dr. Henke has over 50 publications that include peer-reviewed articles in JAMA Health Forum, Health Affairs, American Journal of Health Promotion and Medical Care Research and Review.
She has a doctorate in Health Policy from Harvard University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in mental health policy at Harvard Medical School.
