Traci Padgett, MPP
Capability Lead, Learning, Innovation, and Quality
Traci Padgett is a capability lead and vice president overseeing Lewin’s Policy Research, Learning and Diffusion, Measure Development, and Program Design and Implementation capabilities.
She has over 25 years of experience in health care analytics, quality measurement and technical assistance. Areas of expertise include home and community-based care, behavioral health, performance measurement and implementation of alternative payment models.
Ms. Padgett is the project director for a multi-year contract providing implementation, policy analysis, and analytic support for CMS all-payer alternative payment models. Ms. Padgett formerly served as executive vice president at the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), a national accreditor of home and community-based care.
She received a master’s degree in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
